London - Moving from Manchester to London in 2010, leading the Deloitte planning team. Major London projects included:

• Aldgate Place for British Land and Barratt Homes

• Ridgeway Views - a 20 ha housing development in the Mill Hill Conservation Area, in the Green Belt, built on the historic former site of the National Institute for Medical Research (NIMR)

• Eden Walk, Kingston - a major mixed use regeneration scheme in the heart of the town centre, planning permission secured for USS and British Land.

As JDA Planning, more recently I have advised on The Leadenhall Building [The Cheesegrater], advised CC Land on assembling a team to review and submit representations on the design of the base of the highest tall building in the City, One London, and its relationship to the public realm. Changes to the design were made to the lower levels of the tower and its relationship to St Helen’s Square.
